Returns are NOT ALLOWED on DISCOUNTED items. All products undergo severe quality checks before they are shipped.

Order with the confidence that you don’t have to keep what you don’t want. If you’re not happy with what you get, no issues; return the item. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team to obtain a reverse pick-up Ticket Number or log into ‘My Account’ to place a return request online.Please have the below information ready before you call or mention them in your requested email –

Once you receive confirmation of your return request, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Also, please read the policy mentioned below carefully before returning an item –
We have 30 days return policy, hence; make sure your returned item should reach back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Do let us know 5 days from receiving the order if you would like to return and we will do what it takes to fix it or take it right
Please do not accept the order if broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. Such orders will not be accepted if returned.
Returned items must be unused and unwashed and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
You can return all FULL PRICE items purchased at HOTATTIRES.com. The refund amount will be credited into your HOTATTIRES’s account in the form of promo code.
Please take care to pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed by our quality team, post which you will be reimbursed Rs. 100 towards shipping costs in the form of promo code, if self shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 30 days and not consisting of free items.
Shipping and cash handling charges paid against the original order would not be refunded.
In case if we receive any item sent by you that do not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
You will be notified with the status within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
